Okay, it has been four days since my last run. I have no excuses, just haven’t taken the time to get out there and do it. The good thing is that I really want to exercise still. In the past, I have wanted to stay committed, but just did not have the desire to stay focused.
One of the good things about this year is that I have been more focused on the goal of getting into shape. I am drinking 70-90 ounces of water each day and have cut back on my soda intake. Yay! So far today, I have only drank 18 ounces of water. Not much for being half way through my day! I am excited about the year, and look forward to reporting good things in my exercise regiment.
