This is my attempt to get in shape in 2008. I have decided to post my journey for the 2008 exercise year. I am a pastor in the great state of West Virginia, and I’m tired of being out of shape and over weight! I am the husband to Kristie, and the father of three children: Josiah, Jaden, and Baby Sheffstall. Also, I am trying to train for the Baltimore Half-Marathon, which will take place on October 11, 2008.
